Mr. Krause graduated from Texas Tech University in 1979 and from Texas Tech University School of Law in 1982. Mr. Krause was a briefing attorney for the Ninth District Texas Court of Appeals in Beaumont from 1982 to 1983. He has practiced in the Dallas area since 1983. Mr. Krause has successfully represented hundreds of Social Security Disability and SSI claimants across Texas and the United States since 1992. He has twice served as President of the Dallas Social Security bar. He is a member of the State Bar of Texas, the Dallas Bar Association and the National Organization of Social Security Claimants’ Representatives (NOSSCR). He is licensed in the Northern, Eastern and Southern Federal Districts of Texas.

Ms. Earwood graduated from Southeastern Oklahoma State University in 1985 and from Texas Tech University School of Law in 1992. She received the American Jurisprudence Award in Wills and Trusts in 1991. Ms. Earwood has practiced in the Dallas area since 1992 and has successfully represented hundreds of Social Security Disability and SSI claimants across Texas and the United States since 1992. She is a member of the State Bar of Texas, the Dallas Bar Association and the National Organization of Social Security Claimants’ Representatives (NOSSCR). Ms. Earwood is licensed to practice in the Northern, Eastern and Southern Federal Districts of Texas.

Ms. Ward graduated from the University of Texas in 1989 and from Oklahoma City University School of Law in 1993.  She has practiced in the Houston area since 1994.  Ms. Ward has successfully represented hundreds of Social Security Disability and SSI claimants across Texas and the United States since 1994.  She is a member of the State Bar of Texas, the Houston Bar Association (Social Security Section past secretary/ treasurer and council member), the American Bar Association, Houston Young Lawyers Association and the National Organization of Social Security Claimants’ Representatives (NOSSCR).  She is licensed in the Southern Federal District of Texas.
